PROCESSING, SHIPPING, and TRACKING 

In-stock items will ship within 1 business day. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select and may vary slightly depending on your location. Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with order tracking details. Contact us at info@naztech.com for more information. 

For same-day shipping, your order must be placed by 12PM Pacific Daylight/Standard Time. We process orders Monday – Friday during normal business hours. For orders placed on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process and ship within the next 2 business days. 

Multiple-item orders ship together, unless an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, our Customer Service department will contact you with options.

FedEx, UPS, and USPS are our logistics partners. Depending on your area and your selected shipping method, we will choose the carrier that works best. 

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, holiday delays, etc. Naztech.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Orders over $49 (before tax) are eligible for free ground shipping. These orders will ship via USPS First-Class Mail®, with an expected transit time of 5-7 days. 

 

LIMITATIONS 

• Available only in the continental US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other US Territories).
• Valid only for the order’s first “ship to” address.
• Oversized items and heavy multi-item orders (over 5 lbs / 2.27 kg) are not included in this offer.
• ZIP codes in areas considered “BEYOND CHARGE—NON-INTERCHANGE POINT” will also be subject to a surcharge.

**PREMIUM 2-DAY EXPEDITED SHIPPING (FedEx® Pak) 

New for 2023, we’re happy to offer our Premium 2-Day Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of just $7.99. These orders will ship via FedEx® Pak, with an expected transit time of 2 days. You may need to allow an extra day of transit time for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska. 

 

LIMITATIONS 

• Available only in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska (excludes Puerto Rice and all other US Territories).
• Valid only for orders with one “ship to” address.
• For orders comprised of multiple large items, we may need to pack some items separately – in these cases, you will not be charged extra.
