be careful

Yesterday I was adjusting the cradle before putting in my phone. I didn't notice that it was automatically closing and pulled the skin of my finger into the mechanism.
It stung like hell and now I have a nasty blood blister on my finger.

The product is good overall but has issues with the charging pad ball swivel

The pad ball swivel is impossible to tighten up enough to overcome the torque imposed when the phone is rested in the cradle.The torque easily overcomes the frictional force of the ball swivel and the phone begins to sag.Recommend a redesign of the ball swivel to overcome this short coming.
