I love this charger. The versatility is incredible. One of my favorite features is the ability to remove the battery pack and swap in another one. The offering of charging ports is also very nice.

There was one brief hiccup when I opened the package–the charger did not work at all, and this was solved by verifying that both USB-C connectors were firmly attached at the dock and the wall charger. The unit began working fine after that. Customer service was incredibly responsive the entire time.

I highly prefer wired charging for all my devices whenever possible. But I have this set up on my desk next to my computer, and it's often much more convenient for me to drop the phone onto the charger pad. It is very nice that the wireless charger is 15w.

In order to get the battery to start charging a device, I need to press the side button once. The device isn't detected automatically when the cord is attached. The battery sometimes will also stop charging halfway as if it "times out." I have three batteries total, and this has happened with at least two of them. I don't know if this is related to power draw from the connected device, or what. To power off the battery while it's charging, the side button can be pressed twice.

This item was on sale when I bought it. Adding a second battery pack brought the price back up to a few dollars less than the original price with no extra battery. Then I found a coupon online for something like 20% off. And so with that additional coupon, adding a third battery brought the entire order back to the regular price. Search around online for Naztech coupons before placing your order!

I am so happy with this purchase.

This charging station has been being used for almost a year now. I do not have any wireless devices, so I am unsure of how well that works. Sometimes the power banks do not charge completely & have to be charged by the cables. My only beef is that this is so darn light that if I am using a shorter cable & pick up my phone, it goes flying off my nightstand. I think this product could be improved by having a bit of weight in the base. Other than the weight & bungee cording it or gluing it to a brick to prevent it from sailing off my table, I am quite pleased with it.

This thing is definitely worth buying, it’s great for everyday things the portable charger is one amazing thing about it but there’s so much you can do with the block. No regrets:)
