Doesn't work in my BMW or my mom's Chevy Tahoe

Both the charging and audio work fine with all 3 of my portable power banks, but only the charging works in my BMW and my mom's Chevy Tahoe - no audio.

Hi Keri, we are not really sure how you are attempting to use the adapter when you are getting an error. Can you explain what the connections are? For example, how are you connecting from the BMW to the adapter - USB-A to USB-C?

Problem with some vehicles apparently

Charge function works. Audio, not so much. Works fine in my 2019 Camaro and with head or ear phones. Doesn't work in 2017 Transit Van, 2008 Ford Edge or 2018 Lexus RX350. Can't get support on the phone, only get a call back at an inconvenient time. YMMV but it's pretty poor from my perspective.

Disappointed

Thought this was a perfect option to listen to my headphones and charge my device at the same time. The reality is that the charging portion works fine but I can't use my headphones at all when using Naztech Audio+Charge Adapter. When using the adapter provided by google the headphones work fine.

I'm glad to see that there's one for USB-C devices! I was a little skeptical about the built-in DAC on this as the Note10/Note10+ doesn't have one and you have to rely on the headset for good quality audio, but I'm glad to say that audio sounds AMAZING! One of the best charging/audio spliters I've ever used! Always stays on my headphones so I never lose it! Great job Naztech!
